All AirTrain trains and stations are ADA compliant, with every station designed to ensure the convenient boarding of riders with mobility challenges. There are two designated wheelchair locations on each vehicle.
All AirTrain stations have elevators and escalators. Transfers between the Newark Liberty International Airport Station and AirTrain Newark are seamless with elevators.
AirTrain stations feature emergency/general information phones and public pay phones.

For the hearing impaired, there are visual signs on the train and in the stations.
For the visually impaired, there are destination announcements on board the train and guide dogs are welcome. There are also tactile platform warning surfaces, as well as raised letter and Braille signs.
